You'll have to create two separate accounts in WLW to publishe to the two different blogs.  This is a result of the fact that there is a one-to-one correspondence between blogs and users in the DNN blog module.  To publish to the second blog, simply create an account in WLW using the user associated with this blog.  The child blogs show up as categories in the category dropdown at the bottom of the screen in WLW.
