DNN Article 6.01.03 looks like there is a problem with updating the categories on an article.  If you edit or post a new article and you select a specific category, the article is posted without a category link at all (and hence will not show up).  The entry normally found in ZLDNN_DNNArticleAssignedCategories table gets removed (if you edit an existing article) and is never entered on a new article.

Hmmm.. ok so I spoke too soon.  I thought I had the problem resolved but it looks like it's still not posting articles correctly (with or without DNNMasters URL rewriteer on/off).  I just put the metapost module on another host to test it's compatibliity with the latest DNNArticle version and everything works there so now I'm stumped.

Even after removing the DNNMasters URL rewriter, when I post a new article it won't take the categories at all (and hence will not show up in DNNArticle to edit).  If I go back and edit an article that already exists, it removes the exisitng categories as well (back to square one again).
