Thanks for posting this issue and I apologize for the delay. Seems that my email notification wasn't working for a few days :(. Lei did contact me and I sent him an updated version of the provider. I've also just uploaded a patch to Snowcovered which contains the fix Lei sent. I'm having problems with the patches section at Snowcovered, so if you don't see a 1.3.3 verion available in the patches, please send me an email and I'll send you the most recent build. I have a request in with Snowcovered regarding the issues with the patches.
