Thanks for your interest in metaPost and sorry for the delay.  ZLDNN manages the metaPost provider for DNNArticle, so the best place to get an answer for this question is through the ZLDNN support site.  The older version of DNNArticle I have installed on the demo site does not seem to support adding pages, but this may be a feature that ZLDNN has added since then.
