Scheduling Doesn't Work
I've recently setup MetaPost and have begun using Windows Live Writer so I'm hoping this is something I'm doing wrong. I've created several lengthy blog posts and set the Published date to future dates within WLW. However, when I go to my blog I can click on my blog Archive calendar for those dates and read the "future" blog posts. This happens even when I'm an un-authenticated user.
The blog post in the database has the correct Added date but is marked as Published.
Is this a bug in the blog module? Is it a bug in MetaPost? Is it something I'm doing wrong? I've spent the entire weekend working on these blogs with the expectation I could roll out one each day over the next week or so. Now I'm in a pickle. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks,
Kelly

Re: Scheduling Doesn't Work
Hi Kelly,
Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the blog module. I started on modifying some of the blog pages, but stopped after I realized that changing the archive.aspx page alone wasn't going to prevent users from seeing the future posts that occur in teh current month. Please feel free to send me an email at don followed by oldtownit.com if you would like for me to send what I was able to create. If you're comfortable making changes to the code, you would need to make similar changes to ViewBlog.ascx in order to keep entries with a future AddedDate from showing up in the list.
Hope this helps,
Don
