After you contact IT Crossing, a staff member will return your call to set up an initial consultation regarding the needs of your organization.  During this initial meeting, we will determine whether there is a good match between your needs and the skills available within our organization. 

When we feel there is a good match, our staff will coordinate a requirements gathering process to more accurately determine the needs of your organization.  Depending on the initial scope of the application, this process can take from between a week to several months to complete and it will be billed separately.  The preferred length of project for our teams is between 2 to 6 months. 

The final deliverable after the initial requirements gathering process will be a specification document along with a final estimate of the time and resources required to complete the solution.
